We do our best to ship orders promptly. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To request a change or cancellation, please e-mail us at hello@nosedive.co within one (1) hour of placing your order.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are processed and shipped from our Quebec-area warehouse using Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Please contact us if you wish for us to use a different carrier for your order.
All shipping times listed on our site are estimated by the carrier and Nosedive Industries Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, if applicable, in the event of a rejected or undeliverable package.
A tracking number will be provided via e-mail as soon as your order ships.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship across Canada, the US, and some European countries. International orders are handled by Canada Post until they are handed over to the postal service in the destination country. Please contact us if you wish for us to use a different carrier for your order.
Customers are responsible for duty charges, customs processing fees, as well as reshipping fees for rejected or returned packages.
